Andrew Miller QC

• Andrew Miller QC has over 30 years of experience of dealing with and resolving commercial disputes both domestically and internationally.

• He now practices as a Mediator and Arbitrator in a wide range of commercial sectors, including in the areas of construction, energy, property damage, insurance and reinsurance and professional negligence.

• Andrew has mediated disputes in the UK, France, Spain, Germany, Lithuania, Turkey, Canada, USA, India and the Philippines.

• Andrew is the current NMA Civil & Commercial Mediator of the Year 2020/21.
